Nemat Inc.'s Success Story

Founded in 1994 by Mike Nemat, Nemat Inc. is a recognized leader in green energy and microgrid systems. The company delivers comprehensive industrial solutions, including design and manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, solar power system design and installation, and specialized glass coating for the solar industry. Nemat Inc. also develops, installs, and connects patented solar and microgrid systems for both commercial and residential clients across public and private sectors.

In partnership with the Madera County Workforce Investment Corporation, Nemat Inc. has actively supported workforce development by training and employing individuals interested in the manufacturing sector. Norma Cron, Plant Manager at Nemat Inc., shared the following testimonial:
